Information and Data – Project ManagerPush the boundaries of tech. In your sweatpants.We are looking for a seasoned project manager who thrives on directing internal operations projects in a software company. You will work for the Project Management team reporting to the Information and Data department. The Information and Data department serves the organization and covers IT DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), security, data engineering/management/analytics, marketing technology, business continuity (disaster recovery), helpdesk, and PMO. The right candidate will manage key projects for the department and other business units within the organization. You will work cross teams and drive the projects through to on-time completion.THE ROLE:Liaise various requests with department, capture requirements, manage the projects, provide visibility into tasks and report status along with having the ability to dig deep into the requirements for some of the projectsCoordinate tasks with the project team and provide continuous feedback to the businessFollow up with project team to update outstanding tasks and manage backlogExtremely fluent in Jira/Confluence and/or other ticketing/documenting toolsOwn issue Escalation and Resolution process for your projectsProvide regular update on status of tasks and ticketsOwn change management of implemented and new projectsProvide support and communication to various business unitsHelp standardize processes to increase efficiencyEnsure delivery of project on cost and scheduleCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to be shared and to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationMeet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each projectTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goalsMeet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysisUse and continually develop communication and project management skillsPerform other related duties as assignedYOU:Minimum of 4+ years’ experience as a Project ManagerExperience working with business application and IT related projectsExperience with Jira and ConfluenceWillingness to learn new technologiesProblem solving attitude and willingness to take on tough challenges and projectsAbility to work with teams across multiple time zonesExcellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteBachelor's degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceWhat are you waiting for?
