Come join our mission to be the most well-known and respected name in Modern Work globally.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering a diverse set of modern work projects, leveraging your strong project management knowledge to see projects through from start to finish. Your multi-faceted role will draw on your business and project management knowledge to manage scope, schedule, budget & invoicing management, strategy, quality & risks, monitoring, and reporting to enable a timely and effective response to any risks or issues. You are a multi-tasker and can lead multiple collaborative teams and projects across the organization to engage and support project delivery, forge strong client and partner relationships, manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, work with the PMO and Reply leadership, and contribute to a world-class multi-disciplinary team of project managers.

Responsibilities

Creating comprehensive project plans and manage daily project activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to budget constraints.Serving as the central liaison between clients, the leadership team, and internal and external resources to facilitate seamless project execution.Management and Planning of project resources through assessing project skill requirements and collaborate with department managers to identify and allocate appropriate resources, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.Drive project execution and ensure thorough planning and delivery of all project-related tasks, including organizing meetings, documenting meeting minutes, tracking action items, providing weekly status updates to clients and leadership, and managing timesheet recording and invoicing.Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and conducting regular cost estimations to align with project goals and client expectations.Manage project forecasting, project health, invoicing and overall documentation and administrative management in Reply systems.Document project lessons learned and disseminate these insights to internal team members to promote continuous process improvement and knowledge sharing.Play a key role in enhancing the Valorem Reply PMO team by implementing best practices to drive successful outcomes.Perform additional duties as required to support the overall success of the project and organization.Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in .. or in a related field.5 years of work experience related to project support activities, including but not limited to maintaining and tracking project activities, managing budget and scope, coordinating schedules and deliverables, and enterprise project management.Experience with software development lifecycle and/or adoption and change management projects.Experience in fast-paced client-facing projects.High-level proficiency with using software MS PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Teams.Ability to prioritize and pivot to changing priorities.Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification.Prosci or Microsoft certifications.Experience working in a consulting firm or agency is highly desired.
