We are looking to hire experienced data scientists with a strong sense of service ownership, ability to contribute to design and quickly absorb solutions, empathy for customers, excellent communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. The role will entail overseeing the entire lifecycle of data-science and ML solutions from POC to deployment to ongoing maintenance and enhancement.The team:Salesforce Hyperforce Solutions Engineering (HSE) develops and hosts the Falcon continuous delivery and deployment platform. This includes the Spinnaker, PCS, FIT and IAC services, the CD platform and ecosystem around it and a suite of software integrity and distribution services.Responsibilities:LLM Application Development:

Lead the development and implementation of LLM applications using LangChain, focusing on transformers and GPT architecture.Experimentation and Testing:

Design and conduct A/B testing for various experiments and improvements.Data Analysis and Visualization:

Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau and Splunk.Programming:

Exhibit proficiency in Python and SOQL for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.Research and Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.Collaboration and Leadership:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.Required Skills:A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or other relevant courses.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing LLM applications.Demonstrated experience with Deep learning concepts and NLP frameworks.Deep understanding of transformers, GPT architecture, and LangChain functionalities.Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis and data visualization tools.Proficiency in handling unstructured data and in-depth knowledge of NoSQL databases.Strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning methods.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience with deploying ML applications on cloud ecosystems.If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.Compensation:

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $165,600 to $227,700.
