The RevOps Business Intelligence group is a key player in fueling this growth. We define, design, build, and maintain self-service dashboards, reports, and alerts to support data-driven decision-making by thousands of users. About The Role

Workday is forming a high-performance Revenue Operations organization to steer us toward our goal of growing from $4B to $10B in revenue. The RevOps Business Intelligence group provides frictionless access to self-service insights to support data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes. This group is responsible for ensuring all RevOps insights are accurate, consistent, easy-to-understand, and actionable.

As a Business Intelligence Program Manager, you will act as both a “Product Manager” and “Project Manager” for any RevOps business intelligence project. This includes understanding business goals and user needs, defining reporting functionality, managing project scope and schedule, communicating with stakeholders, and partnering with Enablement teams for communication, training, and adoption.

Responsibilities

Understand business goals and user needs by interviewing users and stakeholders.Define requirements and functionality to meet those needs by writing Agile stories.Run pilots to gather feedback before launching new solutions.Manage project scope and schedule using Agile sprint methods.Communicate proactively with stakeholders throughout the project.Partner with Enablement teams to support communication, training, and adoption of new BI solutions.Act as a trusted advisor regarding BI solutions and metrics.

Qualifications

10+ years professional experience.5+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, Services, or Customer Experience Operations required.5+ years Analytics experience preferred.Strong Project Management skills.Experience with Salesforce.com and BI tools preferred.Experience with Agile methodology preferred.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and listening skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Analytics or related field required.10+ years professional experience.5+ years Analytics experience required.5+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, Services, Customer Experience or Operations required.

Other Qualifications:

Strong Project Management skills.Strong Senior Leadership engagement.Experience with Salesforce.com and BI tools preferred.Experience with Agile methodology preferred.Excellent interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and listening skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.A keen understanding of user experience design is a strong bonus.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. This role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
