Skowhegan, Maine : We invite a confident Neurologist to join an established, employed Neurology group managed by an independent 25-bed critical access hospital. This community medical center provides primary and specialty care to more than 30,000 residents in this riverside community in central Maine. Join more than 40 physicians (and 700+ employees) delivering progressive health and medical services in beautiful, state-of-the-art facilities.
Practice alongside an experienced Neurology FNP in a modern medical building adjacent to the hospital. You will assess and treat a variety of patients for a variety of issues, illnesses, and conditions in a general neurology practice supported by MAs, an office manager, and a practice secretary. Enjoy a convenient weekday schedule with your choice of 5 8-hour days or 4 10-hour days. A 24/7 ED manages urgent cases, and a dedicated Hospitalist team cares for all admitted patients.
You will be employed by the hospital and will earn a highly competitive salary plus benefits that include paid relocation assistance, life, health and disability insurance, liability insurance, 7 weeks of paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave, CME time), a generous budget for your CME expenses, and more.
