This role will be responsible for developing product strategy and execution for DataRobot’s Inference and Observability products. You will work closely with Engineering, Design and Data Science teams to design end-to-end product experiences for customers to use in Production. This includes software products for production data preparation, low latency real-time prediction, high throughput batch predictions, GPU platforms, and production orchestration. You will work closely to investigate key AI/ML Engineering pain points, validate them with customers, and build technical solutions for cutting edge Generative and Predictive AI workflows. You have experience with putting models into production, especially Deep Learning models, including deploying AI use cases at scale. You are also well versed in AI explainability and observability techniques that AI Engineers use to ensure safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities:Create a compelling strategy and build a roadmap for our MLOps products with respect to InferenceIdentify opportunities for product differentiation and market leadership within MLOps and InferencePerform research on new MLOps techniques found in literature, as well as research on competitorsDrive product discovery by gathering data on user activity and engaging in experiments to understand users betterDevelop relationships with key customers to gain insights into how the product can improveWork cross-functionally within the company to solve customer and business problemsCollaborate with PM and Engineering counterparts at DataRobot partners like Microsoft, AWS, Google, SAP and more to develop compelling value propositions across the MLOps ecosystem
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience with MLOps and Inference, deep knowledge of what it takes to put models into productionKnowledge of the market for Data Science, Observability and Analytics toolsExperience with Deep Learning and GPU technologies like CUDA and RAPIDSKnowledge of AI/ML Pipelines technology and techniquesExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and marketing.Proven track record of successful product management in the technology industryStrong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML
