Kyverna Therapeutics is a clinical-stage cell therapy company with the mission of engineering a new class of therapies for autoimmune diseases. Be at the forefront of cell therapy innovation by joining scientists, industry veterans and healthcare visionaries and help transform how autoimmune diseases are treated.This candidate will be at the center of the heterogeneous data at Kyverna, working across many stakeholders to build and integrate tools for data visualization, exploration, and analysis to drive scientific hypothesis and interpretation. The candidate will also work closely with the CAR-T development and manufacturing team to monitor and QC the process to ensure product quality for patient care, and to facilitate understanding of CAR-T mechanism of action with the Translational group. This is a very rewarding position requiring a combination of skills in software programming, data analysis, and creative thinking to deliver insights from complex data.
Responsibilities
Work with a multi-disciplinary team including medical, translational, clinical data management (CDM), stats programming, biostats, TechOps, and Research to integrate high-dimensional data for downstream analysis and visualization, providing insights between CAR-T characteristics, in-patient profiles, and clinical outcomes.Build dashboards for data visualization and analysis, including:Data from clinical trialsData from individual patient use and investigator-initiated trialsData from CAR-T development and manufacturingIntegrated data from all the aboveDevelop and maintain a process to facilitate QC and provide feedback to the manufacturing process to ensure product quality and maximize patient benefit from the CAR-T product.Work with the Translation group to analyze high-dimensional data to drive understanding of mechanism of action, potential resistance/relapse for patient selection, and product optimization.Requirements
B.S., M.S., or higher degree in Engineering, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, or relevant fields.5 years’ related experience in biotech/pharma in Data Science or Bioinformatics Engineering.Strong programming skills in R/Shiny, Python, JavaScript, and Tableau.Proven success in dashboard building for either internal or external use.Familiarity with clinical trials process and data flow.Extensive experience in multivariate data analysis to draw inferences from high-dimensional data in life sciences; AI/ML experience is a plus.Great team player with excellent communication skills required.Base Salary: $150k / 175k / 200kBonus: 15%Equity: 5,280
The salary range for this position is from $150,000 - $200,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate of what we reasonably expect to pay for this posted position, and the actual salary may vary based on various factors, including individual education, experience, tenure, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
