Certain roles have specific location requirements to facilitate collaboration at a particular Grammarly hub.All roles have an in-person component: Conditions permitting, teams meet 2–4 weeks every quarter at one of Grammarly’s hubs in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a workspace in Kraków.This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that fosters trust and unlocks creativity.Grammarly team members in this role will collaborate in person 3 weeks per quarter, traveling if necessary to different hubs. This role will work in the Platform and Quality org to own the roadmap and strategy for Grammarly’s Data analytics, intelligence pipeline, and toolchain that enables data-informed decision-making across the company.Your Impact
As Staff Product Manager in Platform and Quality, you will drive innovative data systems that enable teams across Grammarly to have easy and reliable access to key data insights. This position is end-to-end responsible for data intelligence throughout the acquisition, processing, storage, serving, experimentation, analysis, and visualization stages. In this role, you will work closely with our data engineering, data science, business intelligence, AI model, and quality assessment teams.This is a senior leadership role in the Product Management team. Responsibilities will include:Working across Grammarly to define, coordinate, and prioritize data infrastructure investments and needs.Presenting to senior leadership on data insights, strategic initiatives, and north star metrics.Maintaining close partnership with the data science and business intelligence teams.Driving improvements to our product and feature experimentation platform.Defining requirements and strategy around Grammarly’s data ingestion, visualization, and analysis toolchains used to make data-informed executive decisions.Developing and fostering Grammarly’s data-driven and always-be-learning culture.We’re Looking For Someone Who
