patent prosecution associate or department attorney
to join our
Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA office .The ideal candidate will have
five to eight years
of patent prosecution experience. Qualified candidates will have experience drafting patent applications and prosecuting before the USPTO. An undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or any equivalent thereof and USPTO admission required.Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.A career at Nixon Peabody is the opportunity to do work that matters.
