A prominent Private Equity firm in Greenwich, CT is looking to hire a GP Accounting Manager to join its Management Company team.
Job Function
Work with Fund accounting teams and administrator on quarterly reporting processWork with Fund accounting on capital calls and distributions for GP participantsGenerate and review combined GP statementsManage ad-hoc requests from Partners and for the management companyLiaise with outside banks on GP leverage facilitiesTracking of point allocations in system for each dealJob Requirements
Accounting degree requiredCPA is a plusPrivate Equity experience is required3-7 years of General Partnership accounting experience required
