EY is significantly investing in their award-winning AI & Data practice. You will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes. In addition, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients integrate ethical, fairness, transparency, and accountability considerations into their AI initiatives. Leading a team of junior members working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop and operationalize their AI strategy, governance, and risk management framework.Developing and executing a comprehensive AI Strategy that aligns with the client's goals, mission and vision.Collaborating with the Risk Team to embed the risk framework into the end-to-end AI capabilities.Staying abreast of AI technology trends and provide guidance around ModelOps tools and solutions.Applying combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture.Collaborating with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, MLOps Engineers, DevOps to implement and sustain ModelOps target architecture.Designing and implementing ethical frameworks, guidelines, and policies to govern AI systems.Leading efforts to identify and mitigate biases in AI algorithms and data.Monitoring progress, managing risk and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress.Understanding clients' overall data, AI and technology landscape and business priorities.Strong team collaboration and experience working with a diverse team in a hybrid model.Working on large-scale client engagements.To qualify for the role you must have

Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.Minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience.Proven experience in AI ethics, responsible AI, or related fields.Strong data science and/or data engineering experience.Ability to stay updated with industry trends and AI regulatory requirements.Strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Demonstrated leadership and project management experience.Independent and able to manage and prioritize workload.A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.Team player.Ideally, you'll also have

Experience in leading business or IT transformation projects.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks related to AI ethics.Certification in relevant areas such as AI ethics or responsible AI.Working experience with Agile and/or Scrum methods.Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow, or Snowflake Certifications in the Data & AI domain.What we look for

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $325,800.Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model.
