Your Mandate as Director of HR:
You will play a vital role in our senior management team, reporting directly to the CFO. Your mission is to craft and implement an HR framework that embodies operational excellence and attracts exceptional talent. Leading a talented team, including an Office Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll align HR strategies with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design a strategic talent acquisition plan targeting top talent across all levels.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Marketing and Sales Directors, to create compelling job descriptions.
Refine the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and alignment with our skill requirements.
Drive talent planning, develop career progression paths, and mentor managers in staff development.
Offer consultancy on morale, productivity, ethics, and development.
Bridge the gap between management and employees to achieve organizational objectives.
Integrate our core values into HR practices and procedures.
Manage HR and compensation initiatives, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
Liaise with external counsel as necessary.
What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 10 years of HR experience across various disciplines.
Expertise in HR systems implementation and data integration.
Professional HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.
A blend of operational and strategic business acumen.
Dedication to continuous improvement in people strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and coaching skills.
