As a vital role in the company, our Daycare Sales Directors will be responsible for growing the number of dogs in each daycare through a multi-channel lead strategy. Daycare Sales Director with Dogtopia.We want individuals who can develop and build relationships with not only existing pet parents but understand how to generate leads for new customers and grow our daycare & wellness business. This is accomplished by daily phone calls to new and existing pet parents, working on converting leads to new dog meet & greets, creating and posting social media content, planning and operating local events and marketing for our Dogtopia Daycare and Wellness locations; with an emphasis on the daily cadence of outreach calls, scheduling of consultative sales conversations and closing sales with pet parents for services.Our focus is on the overall health and wellbeing of not only the dog in our care but the quality of life that a happy, healthy dog provides its parents, as well.Responsibilities:Exemplify the Legendary Dogs culture by staying true to the Dogtopia-isms, communicating the Brand Manifesto and delivering the Noble Cause every day.Basic sales and customer service, but be a genuine people person.Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve those campaigns.Submit ideas for experimental marketing programs designed to enhance and grow dogs in daycare.Work directly with pet parents selling Weekly and Monthly Enrollment in daycare and wellness services.Collaborate with team to create an exceptional experience at every customer interaction.Achieve set sales targets for the location.Manage the pet parent journey from beginning to end.Qualifications:Must love dogs!Experience working in sales & service with exposure to marketing.Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude and strong desire for upward mobility.Excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Influential desire for growth and personal development.Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.High energy, emotionally intelligent, engaging and inspiring.Highly organized self-starter, able to prioritize work effectively.Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport with prospects and customers through active listening.Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment.Able to work within a structure, but to think and act flexibly when needed.Physical Demands:Flexible work schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to lift and carry 20 pounds.Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing.Advanced computer literacy.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health Insurance.Dental Insurance.Vision Insurance.Employee Discount.Flexible Schedule.Paid Time Off.Experience level:Minimum 2 years of sales experience.Schedule:8 hour shift.Monday to Friday.Weekend availability.Application Question(s):Tell us what interests you most about working at Dogtopia, aside from the dogs!Experience:Social media management: 1 year (Preferred).Sales, retail, and customer support: 1 year (Preferred).Sales: 2 years (Required).Work Location: One location.Interested in working with dogs?
