5-8 years' of experience
to join our talented team of attorneys. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors. Trial and/or arbitration experience is always a plus. This is a wonderful opportunity to join an established, highly respected firm that offers a great culture, phenomenal growth opportunities, and the chance to work with some of the best professionals in the industry.RequirementsQualified candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado;A strong work ethic and proven case management skills;Excellent communication and analytical skills;Exceptional research and writing skills;Ability to travel;Competent computer skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook;Interviewing and meeting with client representatives;Direct experience/interaction with insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy;Responsibility for handling own files/matters preferred;Taking and defending fact and expert depositions;Expert engagement and preparation, expert disclosures and reporting;Experience with all facets of pre-trial discovery and preparation;Experience with all facets of pre-trial motions;Experience with large exposure cases, multi-party litigation, complex construction, and design matters;Experience with large document production and database matters;First chair mediation experience;Management and delegation of work to paralegals;First chair trial/arbitration experience preferred;Construction contract drafting and negotiation;Schedule and payment claim experience;Marketing and business development interest;Experience in drafting publications, articles, or legal presentations preferred.If you have the above qualifications, then don’t miss out on the opportunity to join an amazing Firm with a great culture that offers phenomenal growth opportunities.
