Sales Director Philadelphia or New JerseyRegional Sales Director (Clover)What does a successful Sales Director do at Fiserv?Clover / Fiserv Regional Sales Directors lead a team of Sales Professionals focused on the delivery of predictable and profitable sales attainment for the SMB market. This is a "hunter" role, and you will have the opportunity to utilize your SMB market expertise. Roles available in both the Mid-Atlantic and North Central regions of the United States.In this role, you can look forward to:Executing the sales plan while managing and proactively helping drive the creation of sales pipelineAssigning clients, territories and sales targets to sales staff and ensuring sales goals are metPlanning and directing sales activities across your territory to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilledDefining and executing sales strategies and tactics to increase new merchant sales and add-on revenueSupervising, developing, motivating, and mentoring sales staff while assessing sales performance and executing action plans to improve performanceActively managing sales staff in all phases of sales lifecycle, including new lead generation, nurturing sales opportunities, closing business and activating new merchantsProviding guidance and eliminating obstacles in high value opportunitiesProducing key management reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline analysis and sales productivityEnsuring salesforce.com usage and data accuracyProviding thought leadership around key market & industry insightsWhat you will need to have:A track record of success (5+ years) selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB market, consistently exceeding targets, and expanding market share. We are looking for a "hunter" type personality that has excelled within a fast-paced sales environment and has 3+ years’ experience building and managing highly productive SMB sales teams.
