Responsible for developing new and existing businesses within their territory. Meet sales objectives and satisfy customer needs by educating and selling the company product lines and services to research facilities.Client DetailsMy client is a growing Cell and Gene therapy CRO providing commercialization of disease-specific treatments, medical research, clinical trials, precision/regenerative medicine, and other services. They are one of the nation's top biospecimen providers of human bone marrow, stem cells, blood cells, and primary cells. My client has several locations around the United States including brick and mortar biospecimen collection centers. They can service clients throughout the entire drug development life cycle, including late-stage clinical trials and commercialization.DescriptionAs a Regional Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence within the assigned territory. Your primary responsibilities include:Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.Effectively manage all stages of the sales cycle.Meeting and exceeding sales objectives by promoting our product lines and services to research facilities, with a specific focus on biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies.Meet territory sales goals monthly/quarterly and KPIs around Sales Skills development.Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.Providing education on our offerings and keeping clients informed about advancements in cell and gene therapy.ProfileA minimum of 2 years in a CRO sales environment, demonstrating a successful track record.Solid understanding of the CRO industry, especially in cell and gene therapy.Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.Ability to travel when necessary.Strong verbal and written communication.Computer proficiency in MS 365 Office and Salesforce.Job OfferHighly competitive base salary and bonus structure.Report directly to VP of Business Development.Exponential growth opportunities within the organization.Work cross-functionally with very talented individuals all working towards a common goal.Fully remote role in assigned territory within the United States.Desired Skills and ExperienceBS/BA life science degree, plus 2 years of sales experience.Strong verbal and written communication.Computer proficiency in MS 365 Office and Salesforce.Excellent interpersonal and selling skills (listening, probing, closing).Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and current registration.
