Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst will join Quorum’s finance team in delivering critical insights and performing key reporting functions. The analyst will support in analyzing actual results, tracking operational performance, preparing forecasts and performing strategic planning reviews. The role offers significant opportunity for growth and expansion of responsibilities for the right candidate.

ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models and analytic tools to track company performanceBudget and forecast responsibility for assigned part of the organizationAnalyze and interpret financial and operational results to provide senior leadership with actionable recommendationsParticipate in M&A activities including integration support of recent acquisitionsProvide ad hoc analysis to business partners to support decision makingContribute to enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practicesAnd other duties as assigned.RequirementsBA/BS degree in relevant field, MBA a plus5-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experienceAttention to detail, a sense of urgency, and relentless follow throughAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesCritically evaluate information from multiple sources, identify and reconcile gaps in order to report findings and drive decision makingStrategic and analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skillsMust thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent Excel modelling skillsExperience with a business planning and reporting tool – Adaptive Insights experience a plusSoftware industry experience preferredExperience with operational and financial ERP systems including Adaptive Insights, SalesForce, NetSuite, OpenAir, Concur, and ADPAdditional DetailsBackground Check: The successful candidate will need to successfully complete the following clearances: Criminal History Check, Education Verification, Employment Verification, Driver’s License Verification and passport/ID validation.Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in the United States is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
