Psychiatry/Mental Health-NP - Community Health Center is recruiting for a Board Certified Family (Pedi, Adolescent and Adult) Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Join an Integrated Behavioral Health team providing direct psychiatric care, evaluation, and psychopharmacology treatment to Health Center patients.
The Family Psych NP is a member of the clinical practice team and works collaboratively with other team members in providing patient care. Responsibilities include:Providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy.Crisis intervention.Case management and consultation to children, adolescents, and/or adults with psychiatric illness and/or emotional/behavioral disturbances and their families.Providing comprehensive psychiatric mental health education support to individuals and their families around issues of developmental milestones, life changes, and catastrophic events.
