This position coordinates the recruiting process for the candidates and works with the partner recruiting team and search firms to ensure an exceptional and seamless experience. The Partner Recruiting Coordinator works under general supervision and relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.As a Partner Recruiting Coordinator you will:Organize, facilitate, and schedule lateral partner interviews and internal and external outreachUpdate and maintain partner candidate records and schedules within various applicant tracking systemsAssist the Partner Recruiting Team with candidate due diligence, compiling feedback, and internal communications to ensure an exceptional candidate experienceDevelop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients including attorneys, staff, outside agencies, and other recruitersJob Specifications:Bachelor’s degreeAt least two (2) years of related experience in a professional services or legal environmentKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and under own direction and initiativeAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to handle and maintain confidential informationAbility to learn new concepts and skills quicklyAs part of our ongoing commitment to be
