In this role you will

spearhead our product roadmap for the future

through strategic plans, oversee P&L of multiple product lines, lead a cross functional team to achieve the annual operating plans as well as execute the plan for growth. This is a

key role

on our Americas leadership team reporting to the President of Americas & Global Fibers in Salt Lake City, UT.

What you will lead:As the leader of our strategic product vision, you will craft a comprehensive 5-year plan for business growth strategy and performance, leveraging market insights and collaborating with Customer Business Teams, Research and Technology and other cross function teams to develop a market-driven product roadmap.You have general management responsibility for multiple product lines to include: development and execution of the strategic business plan, lead the development of measurable action plans and performance metrics to drive business execution that meets or exceeds revenue and operating income targets, staff management and development as well as leadership of the cross functional business team to achieve the annual operating plans.You will lead the development and execution of growth strategies to tailor approaches to specific market segments and customer needs, developing business and product plans while enhancing employee and customer value propositions, driving competitive analysis, pricing optimization, new product introduction and product training to capitalize on new business opportunities.Your role will be pivotal in fostering strong collaboration across Customer Business Teams, diverse cross-functional teams.You will work with Customer Business Teams and functional support leaders to develop insights to current and future customer needs.You will foster a culture of customer-centricity and accountability, empowering teams to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.You will execute continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence, ensuring alignment and consistency across customer business teams and functional leaders.Minimum Qualifications:10+ years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field of education.Experience developing strategic business plans.Experience establishing annual operating plans.P&L accountability experience.Experience with product portfolio management.Commercial aerospace, space and defense or related experience.Product Marketing Leadership (Pricing, portfolio analysis, etc.).Experience Selling and Marketing through distribution channels.Experience assimilating and analyzing complex qualitative and quantitative data for making solid business decisions.Ability to travel up to 35%.Preferred qualifications:15+ years of experience.MBA or related advanced degree preferred.Knowledge of advanced composite materials.This position is restricted to U.S. citizens due to U.S. government contract regulations that require the employment of only persons who are U.S. citizens.
