As an associate you will work closely with our talented attorneys providing support before, during and after trials.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneysMaintain client relationshipsPrepare legal reports and documentsInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesWork closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case ManagersQualificationsLicensed and in good standing with Georgia Bar1-3 years of Litigation experience (preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interest in Personal Injury Law.Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsBenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
