Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients based on findings.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence investigations on real estate properties and other related assets to ensure compliance with legal requirements and identify any potential liabilities.Client Counseling: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, providing strategic and business-oriented legal advice to support their commercial real estate endeavors.Transaction Management: Oversee and manage the entire life cycle of real estate transactions, from the initial negotiation phase to closing, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends pertaining to commercial real estate financing and title and survey matters.
