Must Have:

Tableau - building and publishing dashboards (required)Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) - experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines (required)Experience writing SQL queries/building data pipelines.

Preferred Skills:

Python - experience working with APIs in Python to extract data (nice to have)AWS - knowledge of AWS data analytics services (nice to have)C# experience is a plus but not a deal breaker

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluation of the performance of program features and marketing content along with measures of customer response, use, conversion, and retentionStatistical testing of A/B and multivariate experimentsDesign, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program healthRespond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of customer behaviorEmploy data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends in the customer baseParticipate in strategic and tactical planning discussions
