Job Overview
This role develops tailored marketing materials and strategies for specific, high-value clients or accounts, ensuring that the marketing efforts are closely aligned with the client’s needs and preferences.
This position requires a deep understanding of both marketing principles and the specific requirements or challenges of strategic prospects and clients in the restaurant industry. This role will work very closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, account management, finance, and operational teams.
What you’ll bring to the table: (Responsibilities)
Coordinates marketing related components of discovery or early-stage sales calls with high-value prospects, including sourcing internal and external information, preparing presentations and other materials, representing marketing during calls, sharing insights, gathering important information to guide needs analysis, and debriefing with cross-functional team to develop a plan to develop the relationship.Leads the development of B2B marketing campaigns, content, and collateral that effectively targets the unique needs of high-value enterprise accounts, including but not limited to marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, and sales talking points.Work closely with Account Managers and Sales partners to build and conduct reporting and other materials that will provide high-value accounts with business and market insights, supports efforts to nurture and expand the relationship.Coordinates efforts to ensure RN delivers on marketing commitments made to high-value accounts and that our marketing and product delivery is transparent and satisfactory.Manages efforts to develop interest in “top of funnel” by leveraging marketing expertise, internal partners, and key data insights.Makes recommendations to improve lead volume, success at each stage of the sales process, and long-term retention of accounts.Facilitates the development, implementation, and measurement of enterprise account programs, including specific marketing/bonuses.Do you have the right mix of ingredients: (Requirements)
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including in-person and virtual meetings.Exceptional writing skills, including a proven ability to develop customized materials and content.Proven success in building strong internal relationships and leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.Detail-oriented and known for consistently delivering quality work product.Strong active listening skills and an ability to distill information into a concise and actionable summary.Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.Able to do analysis and sense check that reports tie and are sensible.Experience with a project management tool, such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar.Experience with Salesforce or other CRM.Experience as a user of data analytics software, such as Domo, is a plus.What You'll Love About Us
