Engineering and Consulting ServicesWhy Consider This Job Opportunity:Competitive pay range of $125,000 - $155,000 per yearPotential for higher base pay depending on candidate's knowledge and experienceOpportunity to work remotely if located in California or willing to travel to California occasionallyFull range of medical, financial, and other benefits offeredPossibility of receiving restricted stock units as part of compensation packageWhat To Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) projects nationwide, primarily in CaliforniaManage pre-development and development phases of projects from feasibility through constructionCoordinate multi-disciplinary teams in planning, engineering and design, permitting, and constructionServe as primary contact for clients, contractors, and other professionalsEnsure project excellence, budget adherence, and timely deliveryWhat Is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. General Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management)Minimum of 10 years' experience in Consulting, Project Management, or EngineeringMinimum of 5 years' experience working on EV charging projectsProficiency in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Good verbal and written communication skillsHow To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Experience in the renewable energy industryFamiliarity with solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), microgrid systemsKnowledge of electrical grid interconnections and utility interactionsPMP certification preferred
