As a member of the Aspira team, you’ll be joining us in supporting convenient access to North America’s most treasured public and private lands, as well as the memorable moments they create.Position Purpose and ImpactAspira’s Solutions division Vice President of Sales and Marketing leads our strategic initiatives to achieve and surpass revenue targets. With a focus on strategic planning, revenue optimization, sales management, business development, and customer relationship management, the incumbent is tasked with developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to enhance revenue growth and market share. They analyze sales performance metrics, collaborate with executive leadership to align efforts with overall business objectives, and negotiate optimal contract terms. Additionally, they oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, while fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the organization. Building and managing strong client relationships, advocating for key clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service are also key responsibilities of this role.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning and Revenue OptimizationDevelop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives.Collaborate with leadership to develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and go-to-market plans to maximize product adoption, revenue, and profitability.Negotiate optimal contract terms at renewal periods and during the standup of net new client contracts.Develop a strong event management approach for both parks and licensing business.Manage marketing budget including event planning and industry sponsorships.Sales Management and Business DevelopmentOversee all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure. Developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Build and manage a strong RFP process that yields optimal points.Set ambitious yet achievable sales goals, design effective sales strategies, and implement tactics to maximize revenue.Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Setting clear performance expectations, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing ongoing feedback and support, for a collaborative results-driven sales culture within the business.Cultivate strategic partnerships and engage with key clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Address customer needs proactively and build strong relationships to expand the company's market reach.Identify and pursue new business through lead generation, prospecting, and innovative sales strategies.Customer Relationship ManagementRetain 100% of existing clients by ensuring renewals and winning RFPs among existing clients. Shaping an excellent customer approach model that enables the team to provide services and support that add value to our customers, leading to high customer satisfaction and retention.Successfully advocate for key clients and client base at large to influence company direction (product, service, marketing, etc.).Build a client services / account management team that is client-obsessed and embodies extreme ownership in managing client expectations and delivering excellent service, with a focus on ensuring team models effectively meet service expectations of client contracts and the revenue goals of the business.Train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing account and new business development team. Setting clear goals and KPIs, regularly monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.Reduce customer service operating expenses by working with Operations leader to systematically address customer needs proactively and resolve issues effectively.Work closely with operations to ensure timely and quality customer service in compliance with contract service terms.Champion Aspira policies and procedures, uphold product quality and reputation, and consistently adhere to compliance and relevant initiatives by preserving the confidentiality of information, safeguarding organizational assets, and acting with integrity and ethics.Support the Solutions division by actively participating in pertinent projects and fulfilling other assigned duties.
