Your expertise? Advising clients on data-driven strategies to achieve their strategic, financial, and operational goals. You have both in spades, and as a manager you're a natural at appreciating diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in teams.The Work:You will support our clients across a broad range of industries to address their issues related to:Engineering transformations optimizing organization structure, new product development process, R&D spend and product lifecycle management systemsZero base product cost management through value analysis, value engineering and Design to Value assessmentsProduct Strategies including Product as a Service, Platform Ecosystems and Sustainable ProductsInnovation Management and Product Portfolio Optimization balancing voice of customer and cost to serveDigitizing Engineering function with new technologies like Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.You will spot, isolate, and solve engineering problems using your skills in:Advanced analytics: Return on R&D costs, Product Cost, Business case modelsShould-cost modelling: Direct / COGS (incl. metals, plastics, electronics etc.)Operating model architecture: people, process technologyYou will also, throughout your work, have opportunities to:Lead small to medium sized teams (2-5), with diverse backgrounds skills and knowledgeEffectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external partiesSupport client sales origination and thought leadership developmentChallenge legacy ways of working using constructive techniques that fuel client growthDrive a positive impact in the communities where we work and liveHere's What You Need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).Minimum of 7 years of experience in internal consultingMinimum of 5 years of experience working on engineering improvement initiativesMinimum of 2 years of experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, etc.)Bonus Points if you have:Top Tier Consulting experienceAbility to support both client sales origination and project deliveryAbility to effectively manage and coach othersA collaborative mindset, are a team playerProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentExcellent leadership, management, and relationship building skillsMaster's degree in engineering, business or related fieldCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
