The Head of Regional Enablement will be a member of the Zoetis Independent Petcare Sales Leadership team responsible for successful development and execution of strategic and tactical plans across Sales Regions and Inside Sales. This role involves critical stakeholder management with the TA & Portfolio Brand Leadership teams, while leading the Regional Enablement Team to ensure application, implementation, and enable utilization of agreements, sales & marketing programs & strategic plans. These plans are designed to advance the partnership between the Zoetis brands and our Petcare colleagues & customers while advancing skills & capabilities on all Utilization activities for the Sales Regions and Inside Sales Team. This individual will be laser-focused on executing against our strategic imperatives of knowing, engaging, and growing practice revenues & profitability and driving efficiencies.The success of this role is largely dependent upon:Being credible and influential among sales and marketing colleagues with proven ability to develop internal partnerships and collaborate across functions and business functions.Exceptional working relationship with Regional Sales Leadership Team to serve as a resource for the sales team's execution and pull through of sales objectives, Medical Education engagement, and Marketing Promos.Exceptional working relationship with Portfolio & Growth Strategy team.Understanding and exceptionally executing leadership responsibilities as one component of the Regional Sales Leadership Team (Sales, Marketing, Technical).Elevating the overall effectiveness of sales & marketing pull-through among colleagues with successful upstream/downstream communication.Understanding and advocating for the Voice of the Customer while being a champion of both the colleague & customers' experience with Zoetis Petcare.Knowing all key stakeholders on the veterinary healthcare team.Understanding the competitive landscape and what competes for our customers' attention.Command of the extensive Zoetis Petcare Portfolio, including above brand programs.Ability to work across teams and groups as a true partner, including the ability to synthesize and connect key tactical elements across sub-teams, brand teams, and other internal key stakeholders.Understanding how internal and external key stakeholders intersect with our customers; maximizing opportunities.Aptitude with which to make thoughtful decisions in real-time.Connecting the dots between functions.Strong presentation/facilitation skills with large and small audiences.Strong communications and team-building skills across company functions.Strong organizational and project leadership skills.Demonstrated knowledge of organizational acumen and working in a matrix organization.Demonstrated understanding of sales models and selling skills.ResponsibilitiesLead, Regional Sales Enablement

Lead the Regional Sales Enablement Team as a Player/Coach.Lead development and successful execution of strategic and tactical plans.Oversee 4 - 5 Regional Sales Enablement managers.Organize, coach, and guide Regional Sales Enablement team to success.Optimize performance and develop capabilities for advancement and future opportunities.Foster an environment where coaching and feedback is open, ongoing, and consistent.Aid in focusing Regional Sales Enablement team on key strategic priorities.Monitor and metric success across the team.

Marketing Leader on Regional Sales Leadership Team

Pull through and Execute Marketing programs from the Portfolio & Growth Strategy team.Aid in formation/execution of regional operating plan.Assist in successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns from the Portfolio & Growth Strategy team.Increase utilization of marketing materials.Amplify messaging of core marketing strategies in targeted accounts and lead development of marketing resources (as needed) to meet objectives.Responsible for elevating the overall effectiveness of marketing pull-through among colleagues within the region.Marketing Bridge between Portfolio & Growth Strategy team and Regional Sales Leadership Team.Clearly communicate marketing strategy.Assist in successful execution of marketing programs and campaigns.Facilitate upstream/downstream communication between Portfolio & Growth Strategy team and Regional Sales Leadership.

Education and ExperienceSeasoned professional with regard to managing stakeholder partnerships, budget, colleague interactions, project management, deliverables, and deadlines.Mastery of strategic sales, marketing, portfolio/brand management concepts.8+ years' experience in commercial sales with a strong track record of success.3+ years sales management experience preferred.2+ years people leadership experience.Technical SkillsCommitted to excellence, high performer with problem/solution mindset.Proactive, collaborative, organized, curious, problem solver.Driven to continuously innovate and execute successfully.Strong business acumen with ability to think strategically and innovatively.Excellent understanding of customer experience principles in B2B environment.Proven ability to develop partnerships and collaborate across functions and business divisions.Proven experience directing and managing agency relationships.Demonstrated planning and execution skills across multiple projects.Demonstrated blend of creative, analytical, and leadership talent.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.MBA preferred.Travel required with the potential for weekend work.Physical SkillsThis is a field-based position.The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in

or

(Washington).

Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $250,000.This position is eligible for short-term incentive compensation and long-term incentive.We offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, which includes healthcare, dental coverage, and retirement savings benefits along with paid holidays, vacation, and disability insurance.
