Providing training and career development opportunities and emphasizing strong support for our local communities through philanthropic initiatives are essential to their culture.Scope and Responsibilities• Collecting, inputting, and importing pay data into Workday and Celergo;• Running pay calculations, reviewing audit reports, and assisting with U.S. settlement process;• Preparing leave of absence pay calculations;• Providing foreign payroll providers with monthly changes, auditing payroll reports, and preparing monthly wire instruction memos;• Liaising with employees and HR to obtain missing details;• Reviewing and processing semi-monthly timecards;• Assisting with time-off request inquiries, approvals, and troubleshooting;• Assisting with daily management of payroll inbox;• Liaising with corporate relocation firm to process relocation expense reports through payroll for tax purposes;• Assisting with Workday to Celergo integration implementation and testing;• Reconciling payroll tax notices and refunds, reaching out to the tax authority when needed;• Responding to payroll audit requests, preparing sample documentation for walkthroughs, and ensuring SOX compliance for the payroll process;• Preparing periodic financial reports for Corporate Accounting and Tax related to wage and tax reporting, audit reconciliations, international office audits, etc.;• Responding to employment verification requests;• Ensuring compliance with local and national laws;• Generating reports and analysis as needed; and• Providing company-wide customer service.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.• Minimum three years of payroll experience within a professional firm;• Experience with Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence preferred;• Experience with quarter-end payroll tax reconciliation and reporting a plus;• Accounting and multi-jurisdictional tax knowledge a plus;• Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines, independently determining order of priority and self-initiating other value-added tasks; and• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.Personal Attributes• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;• Strong initiative and a self-starter with a proven ability to work with minimal supervision;• Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention-to-detail;• Strong analytical skills;• Works well under pressure and with time constraints;• Flexible and team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism; and• Able to handle highly confidential situations with professionalism and tact.Base Salary Range$85,000-$95000Note: This position is hourly and eligible for overtime and bonus. Target total cash compensation is $120,000-$130,000 per year.
