Lead a team of Sales Advisors and other team members by setting clear goals and objectives; train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve optimal resultsLead by example and help Sales Advisors close deals whenever necessary; assist in developing improvement programs for individuals who are failing to reach objectivesPromotes teamwork by developing and mentoring Sales AdvisorsMake recommendations regarding car inventory needs, assist in advertising campaigns and other promosFollow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiativesAt first glance, there’s nothing remarkable at Ken Garff.
