to join our Omaha, NE office.The ideal candidate must be:Experienced at conducting audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures;Skilled at drafting and revising incentive compensation documents, including commission and bonus plans;Adept at drafting and revising policies, handbooks and other employee communication documents so that employees can easily understand what is expected of them;Personable and able to explain complex employment law issues in a way that can be understandable to a range of audiences;Creative and able to identify various problem-solving options, including the pros and cons of each option, so that clients can choose the practical and legal solution that works best for them;Comfortable with understanding that clients may not always make the same decisions that you would.Additionally, if you are a dynamic speaker that enjoys conducting training or has conducted workplace investigations, these skills are an added plus!Jackson Lewis understands that embracing our differences makes us a stronger, better firm.
