About The Role & Team
The TelevisaUnivision Client Success team seeks a highly experienced and motivated senior marketing executive to work closely with internal business development teams to help drive revenue across key clients. Extensive knowledge of marketing strategy across multiple categories and audiences will allow the ideal candidate the acumen to develop winning strategies for clients. The goal of the position is to help capture TelevisaUnivision’s fair share of advertising spend by delivering strategic solutions supported by TelevisaUnivision’s vast solution capabilities and extensive media portfolio.
The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, marketing strategic, and communication skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, strong storytelling abilities, and the aptness to deliver marketing solutions that will drive growth for our clients. As a strategy lead, you will develop strategic plans and a multi-year vision with senior management and help create solutions that yield successful go-to-market activations for clients with trackable ROI.Your Day-to-Day
Lead the category vision and strategy by driving revenue growth that meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue goals.Sets and defines standards for excellence in all deliverables; including the ownership of the client pitch process and ensuring client objectives are optimally addressed within the proposed solution.Effectively applying Hispanic consumer insights and research resources to build a compelling business case for the category vertical.Engage and influence targeted brand managers and C-Suite leaders to readily understand the business case and opportunity of Hispanic consumers.Facilitate collaboration and communication across the broader TU organization, forging new cross-org initiatives with senior level stakeholders and identifying appropriate opportunities for partnership and engagement.Stay on top of industry trends and market intelligence on category vertical.Drive thought leadership within the assigned category and continually find unique opportunities to address category barriers.Responsible for continuous process improvement of internal RFP workflow for efficiency and agility.You Have
Bachelor’s Degree required or a minimum of 10+ years of strategic planning experienceExperience in leading marketing discussions and working directly with high-level decision makers such as CMOs, CGOs, SVPs, and VPs of Marketing, Brand Managers, and advertising agenciesStrategic mindset and experience at leveraging data and insights to translate and create a compelling business case for a client.Experience working with Financial Services brands or managing products preferredStrategic planning and workflow development experience, preferably in Financial Services categoryMust bring unique strengths in the areas of strategic thinking and analytical capability, financial knowledge, coupled with business strategyExperience/comfort leveraging customer journeys across all media touchpointsExperience working directly with DTC brandsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience leading a team and fostering a culture of innovationBilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferredDomain expertise with the financial services or technology category is a plusCreative and compelling storyteller with exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.Excellent communication skills including strong presentation and client engagement skills.Eligibility Requirements
Must be willing to work from an office in New York City, Miami or ChicagoEmployment/education will be verifiedMust be willing to travelApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Base pay range: $185k - $250k plus bonus & benefits.Our Benefits
