Promotes and distributes wound care tissues and instruments throughout the designated territoryWorks with customers including surgeons, materials management, operating room personnel, and C-suite personnelDisplays integrity, honesty, knowledge, and respect for tissue donation and implantation processesAchieves sales objectives through consultative sales skills and knowledge of surgical proceduresProspects, targets, and develops relationships within key marketsMaintains growth of the hospital business within the designated territoryWorks in a hospital-based environment to perform cases on a daily/weekly basisCollaborates with Area Sales Directors and Regional Managers on overall hospital strategyPlans and implements strategies to meet revenue budget and strategic goalsDevelops and reviews business plans with Area Sales Directors and Regional Managers quarterlyEnsures timely completion of administrative responsibilities such as audits and sales analyticsMeets with Supply Chain/Purchasing entities for business reviews and contract negotiationsCompletes all required training such as compliance, product, and sales trainingCompensation and Benefits
