Why is this role important at Peerless Network, an Infobip company?As Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst, you will be managing the Company's Financial Planning & Analysis activities including budgeting, forecasting, and operating plan variance analysis.

In this role, you’ll work on the analysis, preparation, and investigation of monthly and quarterly results. You will play a critical role in supporting our organization's efforts to optimize financial performance. Success in this role will require effective communication skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Modify and maintain budgeting/forecasting model to ensure they’re accurate, up to date and automated wherever possible.Review, track and report key performance indicators.Work closely with accounting team to understand and articulate results.Prepare monthly "flash" reports, analyze results and explain variances; revise projections as appropriate.Support management in preparation of board and investor presentations.Provide ad hoc modeling and analyses as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics required.1-3 years of Finance experience with at least 1 year in Financial Planning & Analysis.Financial Modeling and prior budgeting/forecasting experience.Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a passion for details and "digging in".Strong degree of initiative and ability to work independently.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced level Microsoft Excel).Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.Enjoys being a team player working on a small, dynamic, agile team that supports and fosters learning & growth.Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment.Self-starter, highly motivated, and exceptional attention to detail.
