We are looking for energetic product managers to join our TikTok Seller Commerce team. This team is focused on creating the end-to-end experience for Merchants who wish to join the platform, including Seller Onboarding, Catalog Management, Logistics, etc. The Seller Commerce team is also working on providing efficient solutions to improve the overall quality of life for Merchants on the platform.

We are currently seeking a Seller Loyalty Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building the loyalty system to help sellers manage their loyalty customers through different communication channels.

ResponsibilitiesCreate the product strategy of loyalty and marketing plan for TikTok Shop sellers and brands across markets.Build up a tool to create effective marketing strategies to promote sellers' products to the target customers.Build up a data dashboard for the tool to track performance of marketing campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize and find new opportunity areas.Find new ideas for digital and social media and do quick iterations on products.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our seller CRM (Loyalty Program) system remains competitive and innovative.Analyze marketing data and feedback to identify issues and develop solutions to improve them.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any similar field.3–4 years of experience in industries like e-commerce, SaaS CRM, Advertising, or Marketing.Experience working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager or a similar role.Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.Strong communication, cross-team collaboration skills.Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Good knowledge of Salesforce, Shopify or other platforms providing solid CRM capabilities.

Job Information:【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $161280 - $399600 annually.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
