Ascension Global Staffing and Executive Search is seeking an associate for the Business Practice Group of our client's Tampa, FL office. The preferred candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate and business transactions.The candidate will perform transactional work as assigned, including:Drafting and negotiation of documents relating to commercial real estate transactions, including development, homebuilding, purchases and sales, real estate or other asset-based lending and loan documentation work, modification and workout documents, leasing.Related due diligence work, including title, zoning report, and survey reviews, and closing these and other real estate transactions.The applicant should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team. The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up with other team members to complete projects timely is also essential.Our client's success is based on the expertise of their lawyers.
