DescriptionJob Summary : The Director of Product Management at Involta is responsible for leading the product management team and driving the development, launch, and lifecycle management of innovative products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of technology trends, client needs, and market dynamics to shape and execute the company's product strategy.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy:

Define and execute the company's product strategy, aligning it with overall business goals and market trends.Conduct market research to identify client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.Collaborate with senior leadership to establish product roadmaps that drive growth and differentiation.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client centricity within the product management team.

Product Development:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, support, and marketing, to develop and deliver high-quality products and services.Define product requirements, features, and user stories based on market demands and client feedback.Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful releases.

Go-to-Market Strategy:

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional activities.Drive product launches and lead marketing efforts to generate awareness and demand for new products.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts.Act as a client advocate, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations.

Performance Measurement:

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track against business objectives.Analyze product performance data to make informed decisions and iterate on product strategies.
