Capgemini is looking for Software Engineer Leads (Node JS/Typescript)

to join us for a fulltime/hybrid opportunity across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:7+ years of equivalent work experienceProven hands-on experience as a software engineer with focus on Backend – Node JS, Typescript, APIsLarge scale enterprise system development and integration.Proven success collaborating directly with internal customers (i.e., product owners) to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution.Project management, business analysis, or system designAbility to produce high quality technical documentation.

Required Skills:Solid experience in NodeJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, ExpressJSGood experience working with Microservices and Rest APIsExperience in Mocha, CouchDB, Redis, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes in Azure platform is a plus.Strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plusGood presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills required.
