www.node.digital .Role:The RPA Team Lead /Architect is responsible for leading the technology team and designing the overall structure of the automation solutions, ensuring alignment with the existing IT landscape and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.Responsibilities:Define and document the technical architecture, analyze, and translate business requirements into system requirements, select the appropriate design solutions, and ensure that the designs meet both technical and business needs.Work closely with development teams to provide guidance, ensure best practices are followed, and support the technical implementation of RPA solutions.Be responsible for the design, development, deployment, and operational standards for all automation.Champion code reuse within the customer organization and enable/support citizen development.Certifications:UiPath RPA Solution Architect CertificationAzure / AWS DevSecOps CertifiedGeneral AI/ML CertificationsCultural Fit:Excellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience with Agile methodologiesAlignment with customer’s mission and valuesAdaptability and leadership in driving technological solutions.Education:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in RPA solution architecture.
