You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.The Work:Help clients understand best practices so they can do more with SAP SuccessFactors.Work with functional workstreams and define system strategies for client.Spot strategies, risks and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients meet their needs.Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project).Give clients options for designs using prototypes.Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies.Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You Need:Minimum 3 years of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding experience.Experience with at least 1 full-life cycle SuccessFactors Recruiting and/or Onboarding 2.0 implementation.Hands on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding certification.Bonus Points If You Have:You have experience with any one or more of these modules SAP SuccessFactors with Performance Management (PM), Goal Management (GM), Succession Planning (SP) and/or Career Development Planning (CDP) consulting experience.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
