Core hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. Will participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.

Job Description

Requirement for SRE Engineer is the combination OS, DB & Network Admin with MIM skills. Responsibilities include:Monitoring & Administration of Windows Servers, Linux Servers, Database (Oracle/MySQL/Mongo) Admin and Network (NetScaler LB) Admin.Monitoring, Alerting and dashboarding solutions that improve awareness of EA's application performance and business metrics.Infra and Applications L1 & L2 support.Develop and Troubleshoot distributed, large-scale production systems.Perform root cause analysis and post-mortems with an eye towards future prevention.Utilize automation technologies to ensure repeatability, eliminate toil, reduce mean time to detection and resolution (MTTD & MTTR), and repair services.Documentation and support tooling.

Required SkillsExperience in monitoring infrastructure and application availability, Virtualization & Systems Administration.Incident, Change, Problem Management & Major Incident Management (MIM) experience.2 to 6 years’ demonstrated ability L1 & L2, not L3.Ability to work on call rotation.ITAR requires US Citizenship.
