Job Description - Cardiac Surgery Intermediate UNIT COORDINATOR (3301126)40 Hour Full Time- CARDIAC SURGERY INTERMEDIATE CARE UNIT - SHAPIRO 6/7

Because life is at stake.The Unit Coordinator will be responsible for:Administrative activities supporting clinicians, patients and families.Working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Associate’s Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent required. However, a student with appropriate judgment and other qualifications (ability to complete job functions, etc) can be considered for this position with appropriate review and approval.1-2 years of experience in medical, customer service setting preferred, but not required.Knowledge of Medical Terminology.Computer knowledge in windows-based environment strongly preferred.Demonstrated customer service skills.Brigham and Women’s Hospital I CARE StandardsThe
