Salary: $65K - $85K

Job Summary

As a key member of the Front-End Development team you will work on improving the Lofta client experience, create new products, and improve the performance of our website. Projects will include improving our current flagship Lofta.com as well as standing up and maintaining new sites focused on different health conditions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and produce layouts in Adobe XD to support the web development and ecommerce teams of Lofta and related ecommerce properties of Byram and Apria HealthcareDesign support for non-website projects such as email marketing, social media layouts, and print pieces may be required from time to timeManage and evolve the brand standards of Lofta to ensure cohesion between design elements, but progress the brand to prevent from becoming stale.Provide creative direction for future advertisement and create landing page designs to capture traffic from ad campaignsManage production elements for all materials; art direct team members/interns, and maintain, organize, and archive artwork files.Fulfill creative requests from different internal departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or related field.Minimum of two years’ experience in UX / Ecommerce related graphic design and creative direction supported by a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.Experience with design for high performance Shopify ecommerce websites.Experience with CRO design and testingExtensive knowledge of design principles, techniques, social media trends, color, and printing.Expert knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat; experience with all Adobe Creative Suite applications.Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Experience working with clients on projects from conception to completion.
