PROJECT MANAGER - EPC (OPERATIONS)BayoTech’s hydrogen generation systems produce local hydrogen close to the application. This saves customers money and reduces the carbon intensity associated with the legacy challenges of liquifying and transporting hydrogen. This allows BayoTech to serve a diverse set of end users, including traditional consumers in the industrial gas and chemicals industries, as well as those using hydrogen to power the fast-growing fuel cell segment.We are looking for passionate individuals who want to help shape the energy transition to affordable hydrogen.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, to specifications, and on budget.Delegate work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.Plan and administrate the financial resources assigned to the project by controlling the budget.Lead and direct the team assigned to the project.Align priorities between different project areas (R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).Plan and follow up on the progress and performance of the project.Prepare weekly program updates to be reported to the BayoTech leadership team that gives an overview of the project status.Define and supervise the fulfillment of the deliverables of the project, in accordance with the plan.Utilize Microsoft Project to track the project schedule and milestones.Translate commercial terms, to clear, well-defined scope to support delivery certainty.Oversee project preparedness from deal award to commissioning and start-up.Work with the supply chain team to coordinate schedules and project requirements.Maintain an adequate balance between quality, safety, cost, scope and schedule of the Project.Ensure deployment of the unit is compliant with all local permitting requirements.Comfortable making presentations to key stakeholders concerning different phases of a project.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, and/or civil engineering required.Minimum 10 years of related experience required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong supervisory and leadership skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.PMP, CAPM, and/or comparable project management certifications are highly desirable.Willingness to travel 50-75%.BENEFITSPaid company holidaysPaid medical, dental, and vision benefitsHealth and Wellness ProgramsLife Insurance Plans401(k) plan with company matchMaternity/Paternity LeaveSpecial programs such as HSA, FSA, Employee Assistance ProgramIdentity Theft ProtectionEOE AA M/F/VET/DISABILITYQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or disability.
