We seek (4) Senior Business Analysts for a six-month contract under a hybrid model. The model involves at least two days in the Austin, TX office and the other days working from home (the Days you will be in the office will be negotiated with your manager).

Full remote exceptions will be considered for candidates with Public Sector experience to deliver.

The workers must have powerful experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, eliciting requirements, conducting daily stand-up meetings, and maintaining the Azure DevOps application standards that support data conversion from a legacy application to a cloud-hosted replacement.

General Description:

Performs senior-level systems analysis work. This role's deliverables include gathering, developing, and documenting user and functional stories for Agile development. The role requires enough technical understanding to research problems in the legacy system using PeopleTools/Code, SQL, etc. The candidate is expected to be able to apply analytical skills to various business and technical processes, with emphasis on data migration and data management.

Functional Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate would have experience on data conversion projects, be a hands-on project team member, and have experience as a functional resource, including experience researching processing requirements between upstream and downstream systems.Coordinate cross-team analysis of existing applications, destination applications, and ETL.Identify user and system requirements and document user stories for SCRUM development.Identify the root cause of data problems and recommend solutions.Identify the process or project risk and suggest mitigation.Work with outside vendors and contractors to facilitate service delivery.Lead and coordinate change management process in SCRUM.

Requirements:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification(s).Functional experience with PeopleSoft HRMS, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and/or Payroll.Project Team experience utilizing Agile Methodologies.Public Sector experience is a plus.
