Qventus is a real-time decision making platform for hospital operations. Our mission is to simplify how healthcare operates, so that hospitals and caregivers can focus on delivering the best possible care to patients. We use artificial intelligence and machine learning to create products that help nurses, doctors, and hospital staff anticipate issues and make operational decisions proactively.About the Role:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a critical role in designing and improving the interaction and usability of our products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience. Your expertise in user-centered design principles will be crucial in bringing our digital solutions to life.Key Responsibilities:Partner with product management, engineering, and other key stakeholders to discover, define, design, and deliver world-class experiences for our users.Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off. Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making user-centered design decisions based on user research and analytics.Create detailed, thorough, and innovative designs for web and mobile software products.Advocate for the end-user throughout the project lifecycle, conducting user research and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Execute in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment.What We’re Looking For:At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX design with a proven track record of top-notch design work.Expertise in Figma, with a good understanding of other design tools such as Zeplin, Photoshop, etc.Demonstrated experience & results designing web and mobile applications, from customer research & discovery all the way through product launch & iteration.Detail-oriented and thorough; comfortable with delivering precise, high-fidelity specs to engineering for development and then working with engineering through delivery.Experience with design thinking and user-centered design; can facilitate a design process end-to-end, keeping the user front and center.It’s a Plus if You Have…Frontend development experience and a willingness to get your hands dirty.BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related experience preferred.Qventus is on a mission to take modern technologies and principles that have been proven in other industries — artificial intelligence, machine learning, behavioral science, and data science — and apply them to simplify healthcare operations. This salary represents market data's middle to the high end across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
