We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Lead to guide the team on CICD best practices, deliver ongoing support for critical Member facing AM (Account Management) and Hosting systems and be an effective conduit between business and technology teams. This role requires proficiency in a wide range of technologies and methodologies, including 3-tier architecture, MS SQL Servers, Management Tool, Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe Agile), AppDynamics, Splunk, CICD, Okta SSO implementations, capacity planning, and other industry-standard skill sets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of our systems while driving continuous improvement through automation and data analysis. The ideal candidate will proactively work on resolving issues when raised by business, respond to technical queries, and be proficient in using team collaboration and presentation tools to communicate vision effectively.The Opportunity:

Provide expert-level support for CICD pipeline for web-based application and mobile apps, ensuring seamless processing of real-time systems.Utilize an in-depth understanding of 3-tier architecture to address issues, outliers, and recommend proactive solutions.Implement Okta SSO with vendors and partners to ensure seamless authentication and access control.Enhance documentation and processes that cannot be automated, offering engineering teams expertise in availability, performance, and scalability.Ensure compliance with general requirements for all integration CI-related activities, including diagrams, dependencies, monitoring, and logging plans.This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.What you need:

Knowledge of Agile methodologies, such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe Agile, to drive 'Agile way of doing' on DX Ops initiatives (and cloud technologies).Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role, with a deep understanding of industry-standard skill sets, including 3-tier architecture, MS SQL Servers, Agile methodologies, and capacity planning.Proficiency with additional industry standards relevant to the role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and recommend proactive solutions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Knowledge of change management processes and functions, including compliance requirements for deployments.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Operating systems - Linux, Windows, iOS, Android.Database - MS SQL Server.Source Code Control - GitHub.CICD: Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar cube, Bitrise, Contrast or similar, JFrog Xray, Whitesource, Datatheorem.Access Management/SSO - Okta, Prove/Identify Proofing.Monitoring Tools - AppDynamics.Web Servers: Apache, IIS, Web.SDLC: JIRA.Other Platforms/Tools: Splunk.Programming Languages: SQL, Java (nice to have).API Management: Apigee Gateway (nice to have).Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. $91,000-$137,000Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
