Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworksIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsInterpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques while providing ongoing reportsEvaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning dataWork directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationshipsLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesWork closely with project managers to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makersProactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, with an eye on what drives business performance, and investigate and communicate which areas need improvement in efficiency and productivityCreate and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sourcesCreate financial models for new business to support go/no-go decisions, connections to presentation decks and budgets/forecastsRefine budgeting and forecasting tools (including 5-year and transaction models), creating process efficiencies and ensuring data integrityDevelop MD&A template for monthly and annual reportingAnalyze monthly KPIs, including creating additional views, data-sets, reporting to draw conclusions and create opportunities for interventions, drawing connections between data points (i.e., turnover and employee satisfaction survey results, enrollment v. lead volume)Partner with IT with respect to dashboards, KPIs, data integrity/fidelityCreate efficiencies in presentation preparation for site tours, board meetings, financial reporting, and enrollment reportingWhat Apple Montessori Schools can offer you

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics or statistics3+ years data mining and analysis experiencePractical experience in statistical analysis using Excel and PowerBIStrong Excel and PowerBI skills with aptitude for learning other toolsTechnical writing experience including queries, reports, project plans, presentationsStrong mathematical/statistical and analytical skillsUnderstanding of drawing data from multiple systems, synthesizing, and drawing conclusionsProven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentExperience with database and model designEarly Childhood Education (ECE) experience would be a significant plus*mostly work from home based*candidate must live in the NJ/NY/PA area*may be asked to come on site for monthly meetings in Morristown, NJ.
