Job Summary

As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for the organization. This position will play a critical role in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will provide counsel and guidance to various levels of line management in the areas of manpower forecasting, hiring, and ensuring the Company’s recruiting programs are administered consistently and comply with applicable Federal, State, and local statutes and regulations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate pipeline management, and offer negotiations.Conduct pre-screening interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities and fit for the organization.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Conduct market research to identify potential candidates, industry benchmarks, and emerging talent pools.Utilize social media, networking sites, job boards, and campus recruiting to source top-quality candidates.Support hiring managers in the tactical execution of sourcing, recruiting, and hiring strategies.Ensure, by company policy, WOTC, E-Verify, and background checks on candidates are completed before placement. Maintain proper documentation and results recorded in the ATS.

Stakeholder Relationships

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop recruiting strategies accordingly.Partner with HR managers to develop talent forecasting, Statement of Work for recruiting events, and process guidelines.Establish and maintain effective partnerships with business management to understand business objectives, operations, and financial drivers.Partner with business management in their short, medium, and long-range strategic hiring needs.Consult with business management to help ensure consistent application of Talent Acquisition policies across the Company.Partner with operational leaders to organize internal and external job fairs, networking events (both virtual and in-person) to promote Oncor and attract top talent.

Miscellaneous

Utilize data analytics to track and report on key requirement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Participate in the development and delivery of training programs for hiring managers and stakeholders to improve recruiting, hiring efficiencies, and turnover reduction.Contribute to the knowledge base of Talent Acquisition and Oncor, by providing education on relevant industries and talent pools.Collect recruiting and staffing data to help develop recruiting strategies that align with Affirmative Action Plan initiatives.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics, utilizing the applicant tracking system.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

A minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience.In-depth knowledge of full-life-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques.Expert familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management tools.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Demonstrated success in project management.Knowledge of research methods and tools.Proficiency in business communications, both written and oral.Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret company policies and procedures, employment laws, and general business documents.Effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals or groups.
