Position Description

As a Lead Java Developer, the candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications.He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and exceed user expectations.This position is located in our Pittsburgh and Cleveland, Ohio office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.Your future duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Proven experience (6+ years) in full-stack Java development, including front-end and back-end development.Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks/libraries such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.Experience with modern front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (Angular, React, Vue.js).Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, MVC architecture, and asynchronous programming.Experience with relational databases and proficiency in SQL.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:
